PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit leakage of noise caused by an inductor and cause intensity fluctuation of a magnetic field to reach the inductor.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: an inductor IND which surrounds an internal circuit CIR in planar view as shown in figure 1 and which is electrically connected to the internal circuit CIR; an upper part shield part SIE1 which covers an upside of the inductor IND; and a lower part shield part SIE2 which covers an underside of the inductor IND. The upper part shield part SIE1 is formed by using a multilayered wiring layer. The upper part shield part SIE1 has a plurality of first openings OP1. The first opening OP1 overlaps the inductor IND in planar view.
