PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount on a container while suppressing occurrence of wrinkles in a seal part of a cylindrical stretch label.SOLUTION: A cylindrical stretchable label L has a seal part S extending in the axial direction by superposing and bonding end parts F1 and F2 of a film base material, and is mounted by the elastic contraction force of the label itself on an outer peripheral surface of a container to be inserted into an inner peripheral side in a state of being expanded in diameter by a plurality of diameter expanding claws and extended in a circumferential direction length. The label L is such that an inner face region 3 of the seal part S to contact along one diameter expanding claw among a plurality of the diameter expanding claws when expanding a label diameter has poor slipperiness to the diameter expanding claw, compared to the other inner face of the label L.
