<p>A cigarette cutter for cutting off a portion of a cigarette safely and conveniently. The cigarette cutter has a frame with a track and a cigarette receiver. The frame has a longitudinal dimension and a transverse dimension orthogonal to the longitudinal dimension. The cigarette cutter also has a cutting assembly with a cutting blade for cutting through the cigarette and a slidable portion, attached to the cutting blade, operable for actuating the cutting blade to cut the portion of cigarette off. The cigarette receiver supports the cigarette during cutting by the cutting blade. The cigarette cutter minimizes tearing and deformation of the cigarette during cutting.</p> |
