This relief form film is characterized in containing a binder polymer, having a surface having an arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of 0.05μm to 0.80μm, a steepness (Δa) of 0.01 deg to 0.08 deg, and a surface area ratio (Δs) of 1.0 to 4.5.</p> |
