<p>SINGLE PORT DEVICE WITH MULTI-LUMEN CAP Abstract A surgical access apparatus (300) includes an access member (310a) defining a longitudinal axis and having a longitudinal passageway (312b) for reception and passage of a surgical object and an access housing (305) mountable to the access member. The access housing (305) includes a diaphragm (330) mounted thereto. The diaphragm (330) is adapted for rotational movement about the longitudinal axis relative to the access housing (305). The diaphragm (330) defines at least one internal pocket (332a) and has a seal assembly disposed within the internal pocket. The seal assembly has an interface 10 seal member adapted for establishing a fluid tight seal about the surgical object. The seal assembly is adapted for selective movement within the pocket (332a) about multiple axes in response to manipulation of the surgical object.</p> |
