Simulation of measurements with a capacitive measuring circuit

The device has a capacitive measuring circuit (1) with a measuring capacitor (2) for receiving a test material. The measuring circuit is formed as capacitive measuring bridge with four bridge branches. A bridge branch is a measuring branch with the measuring capacitor. Another bridge branches have components, which are changed with the capacitance by an electrical control signal (71). The third bridge branch has a reference capacitor. An independent claim is included for an operating method for aligning a measuring circuit and for simulating the measurements.
