The present invention relates to a shaft joint of a universal joint for a vehicle which can maintain good steering force and a manufacturing method of the shaft joint of a universal joint for a vehicle. The manufacturing method of the shaft joint of a universal joint for a vehicle includes: a shaft joint forming process for integrally forming a shaft unit and a yoke unit by pressuring and sintering a material inserted into a dice using a punch and then processing a serration on the outside of the shaft unit; a heat treating process for performing a heat treatment on the formed shaft unit; a process for processing a connecting hole to connect another component to the yoke unit of the shaft joint after the heat treatment process; and a process for assembling a slip bush on the shaft unit so that the shaft joint smoothly slips in an axial direction.
