According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for receiving broadcast signals including 3D content comprises: a receiving unit for receiving broadcast signals including video data for 3D content; a decoder for decoding the video data for the 3D content from the received broadcast signals; a signaling processor for parsing depth information from the decoded video data; a graphic engine for determining a depth to display on screen display (OSD) of the receiver; a formatter forming images including OSD placed at the depth for 3D content; and a display unit for display the images. The depth information includes segmentation information indicating an image segment pattern. A plurality of area of images are defined by the segmentation information. The depth information also includes minimum disparity information identifying a minimum disparity value in an area among the all areas and maximum disparity information identifying a maximum disparity value in the images.
