The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a baked apple which comprises the steps of: preparing the apple by removing water after cleaning the apple, and peeling by removing the seed out in the middle, and dividing into predetermined size; drying the apple which is previously prepared; preserving the dried apple after taking out the juice which was generated and mixing by adding caramel and salt; baking the preserved apple in the first baking step in the oven after taking out the juice which was generated; stirring the apple after cooling the baked apple in the primary step; baking the stirred apple in the secondary step in the oven; and cooling the baked apples in the secondary step.
