摘要 The process for calibrating relative humidity sensors is performed by an operative program that verifies, via a humidity pattern instrument, the humidity in the chamber, activating and deactivating the actuators of humidity in such a manner that the value of humidity in the chamber be equal to the programmed calibration point and maintained within the range of +/-0,01 % of variation. Once the humidity is maintained stable and the temperature of the chamber maintained within 20.0°C +/-1.0%; the system acquires, by a serial-type electronic board, the measurement from the humidity reference pattern instrument, simultaneously acquiring the measurement of the sensors that are being calibrated by means of an electronic board for acquiring and conditioning the data, said data being subsequently stored in electronic files. Once again these data is used by the system for controlling the actions of the actuators of the system for stabilizing the humidity in the chamber, maintaining the temperat ure constant. This sequence is performed 6 times in each calibration point, starting from 10.0% up to finishing, in the sixth measurement, in the calibration point of 90.0%. Once the humidity sensors are calibrated, a mathematical process is carried out for obtaining the new calibration coefficients and the uncertainties of the measurements of the calibrated sensor, therefore providing traceability to all measurements of the calibrated sensors towards the primary patterns at national level. Therefore, the measurements of the calibrated sensors would be reliable.
