<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board with built-in components, which has built-in electronic circuit components of high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The printed wiring board 20 with built-in components comprises a base material 1 having a component mounting surface 1a, a partitioning frame substratum 3 provided on the component mounting surface 1a and having one or more apertures 3A for exposing the surface 1a, one or more electronic circuit components 2 mounted on the surface 1a in the apertures 3A, insulation layers 4 filled in the apertures 3A for covering the electronic circuit components 2, and plate-like lid substratums 5 provided on the insulation layers 4, wherein an upper surface 3a of the partitioning frame substratum 3 and an upper surface 5a of the lid substratum 5 form an approximately flat plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
