An angle detection device (20) of a construction machine (1) includes an angle sensor (21) fixed to one of a pair of supporting plates (11a) of a first member (11) of the construction machine, and a link mechanism (23) for transmitting, to the angle sensor (21) , a change in the angle between the first member (11) and a second member (6) of the construction machine; wherein the link mechanism (23) includes a fixing plate (24) fixed to one end of a pivot cylinder (13), a lever (25) fixed to a rotating shaft (21a) of the angle sensor(21), and a connecting member (26) having one end connected to the fixing plate (24) in a turnable manner, and another end connected to the lever (25) in a turnable manner, the fixing plate (24) having an opening which is larger than an outer diameter of one internal boss (14) provided to the one supporting plate (11a) and to which the one internal boss (14) is fitted in a turnable manner.
