The present invention relates to a chair and more specifically, to a new chairback including a thoracic acupressure device for effectively massaging or pressurizing chest spines and chest nerves. The thoracic acupressure device includes: a mounting base fixed and installed to a back plate and vertically attached long with a predetermined length; an extending support having a long shape with a predetermined length, and having a lower end inserted into the mounting base to be coupled thereto, and an upper end with a hinge integrally attached thereto; an acupressure support angled from the hinge of the extending support at a right angle and formed long with a predetermined length in a front direction of the back plate; and a predetermined form of acupressure hand integrally coupled to the end of the acupressure support. That is, the thoracic acupressure device is configured to allow a predetermined form of acupressure hand to be disposed at a predetermined height distal from a seat plate horizontally with the seat plate while being spaced apart from the back plate as a predetermined distance at a right angle in the front direction. The extending support of the present invention is provided to adjust the height by a height adjusting unit coupled to the mounting base, and vertically configured in an integral or detachable type at a predetermined position on the rear of the back plate. According to the present invention, chest nerves connected to main body organs as well as chest spines can be selectively pressurized and particularly, a specific part can be easily pressurized or massaged while selectively supporting a thoracic joint or a point between backbone nodes by forming a vertical width of the acupressure hand to be similar to the width of a node of the thoracic joint, thereby relieving fatigue, accumulated in the human body, more effectively using a simple device.
