The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing noise and impact in railroad rails, the apparatus having an auxiliary rail external to a rail joint so as to prevent noise and impact and reduce metal fatigue by having the wheel go through the auxiliary rail when passing the joint, thereby improving the durability of the wheel and the rail, which in turn prevents damage to the rail and prevents disabling a tie, and thus reduces the danger of derailments and maintenance costs as frequent replacements of wheels and rails are not necessary. The present invention, so as to join rails on both sides and the rail joint part therebetween, is characterized by comprising: a coupling part for fixing and connecting, with bolts, joint bars to the rail by having one side of each of the joint bars in surface contact with the central inner and outer parts of the end parts of the rail, the connection via bolts being made by means of movable holes, in the form of long holes, provided on the other side of the joint bars in surface contact with the central inner and outer parts of the end parts of the rail; and a noise-prevention part having auxiliary rails on the joint bars so as to connect the joint part of the coupling part to the outer part of the rail joint part. |
