Provided is an automatic welding unit including a lead supply part which is installed at a head part and supplies a certain size of lead along a lead supply path; a lead waiting part which is connected to the lead supply path and selectively discharges the supplied lead; and a welding part which is installed at the head part and discharges the lead in a liquid state to a welded position along a discharge path by applying heat to the lead which is selectively discharged. Also, provided is automatic welding equipment including the automatic welding unit.
