The present invention relates to a system for measuring a gap between a marine transporting barge and a quay wall and for automatic warning, which measures a gap between a barge and a quay wall during marine transportation loading and unloading for marine transportation blocks from the barge to the top of the quay wall. According to the present invention, a laser staff is installed in a barge, and a rotating laser level is installed in a quay wall. The system receives a laser level measured by the laser staff as a wireless signal in order to determine whether the laser level is within a preset tolerance range. When the laser level exceeds the tolerance range, the system automatically provides warning. In addition, multiple level terminals which display the current laser level are included in the system in order to be carried by workers in the barge and the quay wall. Therefore, the system can rapidly and accurately identify the timing for ballasting adjusting and improve workability by automatically measuring the gap in real time.
