PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of changing a ready-to-win derivation rate while suppressing a load of a main control board. SOLUTION: When a first condition is satisfied (S1031, S1032, S1036: YES), a sub integration board, against the performance content determined by a main control board, transmits a variation shortening performance command for shortening a variation command to a performance control board. The performance control board executes an initial speed variation performance by shortening it by "8 seconds". Then, the performance control board executes a low-speed variation performance and stationarily displays left/right demonstration symbols so as to become a ready-to-win condition.
