The device has a spillway (1) including an inlet (2) through which a liquid enters, and an outlet through which the liquid flows out. A liquid flow unit (8) mounted on a frame (10) includes an end connected to the outlet of the spillway, and another end connected to a pumping system. A float (4) integral with the spillway is positioned such that a portion of the inlet is kept under the liquid surface. A displacement element (11) is provided such that the spillway has a circular path in a plane secant to the liquid surface. |
