PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet allowing a water leakage to be quickly and easily detected and moreover a water leakage place to be easily specified. SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet 10 includes a waterproof sheet body 12 and an expansible sheet 14. The expansible sheet 14 is made of material expanded by retaining water. When a broken part 20 is formed in the waterproof sheet body 12 and water leaks from that part, an expansion material 18 arranged on the rear side expands and pushes up the waterproof sheet body 12.
