<p>In a filter comprising annular filter elements (1) separated by spacers (2) which are made of a different material from the elements, alternate spacers conduct liquid to be filtered from an inlet chamber (10) to the filter elements, and the other spacers conduct the filtered liquid to an outlet chamber (3). Three C clamps (7) are used to hold the elements and spacers together. The spacers 2 may be wire gauge or nylon with moulded channels.</p> |
