The present invention relates to a touch-type organic light emitting diode display device which comprises: a base substrate including a plurality of pixel regions; an anode formed in each of the plurality of pixel regions; a bank which is formed at the boundary of the pixel region and contains an opening portion corresponding to the plurality of pixel regions; an organic light emitting layer located in the opening portion; a cathode which is located on the organic light emitting layer and is formed in the pixel region; a first sensing electrode which is located on the bank and is spaced apart from the cathode; a second sensing electrode which overlaps with the first sensing electrode; and an encapsulation substrate covering the cathode.
