An optical filter of the present invention includes a slab waveguide disposed on a substrate; an input gate and an output gate spaced apart from each other in the slab waveguide; and an echelle filter disposed in the slab waveguide, wherein the echelle filter has curvature, extends in a first direction and has saw toothed gratings on one surface thereof. Light inputted through the input gate is totally reflected in the echelle filter by one reflecting process.
