The coupling type protecting apparatus of a underground wire for power distribution includes a bracket unit; a connector unit supported by the bracket unit to prevent mutual electrically connected underground wires for power distribution and are inserted and installed through both ends of the connector unit from being separated and to enable distortion according to rotation and horizontal movement; a temperature sensor provided at the bracket unit; a diameter change driver to provide a driving force for changing a size of an internal space formed by a pair of compression support rotating brackets of the bracket unit; a controller to control the diameter change driver based on a result sensed by the temperature sensor; a vibration damper; a vibration sensor; and a seismic isolation device. Accordingly, the present invention may provide the coupling type protecting apparatus of an underground wire for power distribution capable of preventing the underground wire for power distribution from being damaged due to an earthquake or vibration by using a seismic isolation structure to damp earthquake energy transferred to the electrically connected underground wires for power distribution when the earthquake occurs. |
