Provided are an impeller vacuum casting apparatus with an improved cooling structure of an impeller mold, an impeller casting method, and a casted impeller. The impeller vacuum casting apparatus comprises: i) an airtight chamber connected with an intake pump for maintaining the vacuum state inside thereof; ii) a crucible which is located inside the airtight chamber and is surrounded by high-frequency induction heating coils; iii) a mold support which is located under the crucible inside the airtight chamber and which supports the impeller mold connected with a riser; and iv) a cooling device which cools the impeller mold. The cooling device has a gas cooling unit cooling the impeller mold by spraying an inert gas under the center of the impeller mold in an axial direction of the impeller mold.
