The present invention relates to a tire vulcanizer which vulcanizes a green tire finishing an molding process by putting the green tire into a vulcanizing mold when a tire for a vehicle is manufactured and, more specifically, and a vulcanizing nozzle for a tire vulcanizer which supplies a heat source and a pressure source by being installed on the center post of the vulcanizer. The vulcanizing nozzle for a tire vulcanizer is mounted on the upper part of the center post (2) of a central apparatus (1) and sprays steam gas as a heat source and N_2 gas as a pressure source to the inner space of a bladder (5) for expanding the green tire (4) put into a vulcanizing mold (3). In each spray hole (6a) of the vulcanizing nozzle (6), a propeller (7) is built in. the propeller (7) supplies the heat source and pressure source mediums supplied through a supply pipe of the center post (2) in a forced vortex form to the inner space of the bladder (5). |
