PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow drawing-out and supply at a high speed with substantially no tension acting on a tape, by simple structure. SOLUTION: This labeling machine includes a driving table device 20 with a driving source 23, a feed detector 50 arranged between the driving table device 20 and a drawing-out roller 30, and a control unit 40 for controlling individually rotation drive for the drawing-out roller 30 and the driving table device 20.
