<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior structure using a solar panel, which forms a beautiful ceiling structure without forming a clearance or the like when looking up from an indoor side and is useful for a building having, in particular, no ceiling member (ceiling finish) constructed. <P>SOLUTION: The exterior structure using the solar panel 1 is constituted by supporting end edges (frames 12A, 12B) in the ridge direction of the solar panel 1 including a solar energy conversion module 11 with a horizontal support member 2 and supporting end edges (frames 12C, 12D) in the direction of flow by a vertical support member 3. The horizontal support member 2 is put on the side wall upper end (a receiving part 36) of the vertical support member 3 to connect both of the members and communicate an inside space in the vertical support member 3 with an inside space in the horizontal support member 2.
