PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in follow-up operation of a holder to the rotational movement of a main shaft 1, by fitting an opposed surface 30 of a body part 21 of the holder 20 in close contact to a front end surface 3 of the main shaft by operation of only pulling in a shank part 22, by inserting the shank part 22 of the holder body part 21 into an installation hole 2 of the main shaft, when installing the body part 21 of the holder 20 to the main shaft 1. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of fitting recessed parts 17 are provided in the peripheral direction on the front end surface 3 around the installation hole 2 in a tip part of the main shaft 1. A storage chamber 31 for storing one or a plurality of elastic circular bodies 37 is provided in a position opposed to the fitting recessed parts 17 of the opposed surface 30 on the root part side of the shank part 22 provided on the other end of the body part 21 of the holder. A part 43 of the elastic circular bodies 37 is made to appear from the opposed surface 30, and a part of the elastic circular bodies 37 appearing from the opposed surface 30 is resiliently inserted into the fitting recessed parts 17 provided on the front end surface 3, and is deformed by being brought into pressure contact with an inner surface of the fitting recessed parts 17.
