PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill pouch for easily and surely refilling a content into a bottle with no special processing. SOLUTION: In forming this refill pouch, seal parts 3 along the peripheral edge of superimposing sheets 1 are adhered to each other for forming a content storage space 5 in the seal parts 3, a spout 6 is formed by curving the seal parts 3 so as to make the space 5 overhang one top side of the sheets 1 and the sheets 1 of the spout 6 are cut to open the spout 6. The inside edge of the seal part 7 forming the top edge of the spout 6 has a discharge guiding edge 10 diagonally inclining outward and downward toward the tip end side of the spout 6 through a shoulder 9 which starts to incline differently from the seal part 8 at the top end side of the space 5. When discharging a content into a bottle, the content is discharged into the bottle along the axis line of the spout 6 smoothly changing directions between the seal part 8 and the shoulder 9 to be collected to the center of the spout 6 along the edge 10.
