The present invention relates to manufacturing method for an enhanced projection member for a door of a drum washing machine. The manufacturing method for an enhanced projection member for a door of a drum washing machine comprises a first step (S1) for primer painting for spraying a mixture of 10-12weight% of xylene, 60-63weight% of toluene, and 25-30weight% of silane coupling agent to the surface of a projection member for a door of a drum washing machine for 8-10 μm then drying the surface of the projection member in a hot air drying chamber at 60-80°C for 3-5 minutes; a second step (S2) for transparent top painting for spraying a mixture of 4-8weight% of fluoroplastics, 15-20weight% of colloidal silica, 20-25weight% of toluene, 25-30weight% of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, 2-3weight% of butyl acetate, and 34-38weight% of silane coupling agent to the surface of projection member which has been processed with the primer painting for 15-25 μm then drying the surface of projection member in the hot air drying chamber at 60-80°C for 3-5 minutes; a third step (S3) for transparent top coating for spraying transparent topcoat paint made of 7-12weight% of xylene, 35-40weight% of toluene, 13-15% of isophorone diisocyanate trimer, and 20-30weight% of silane coupling agent to the surface of the projection member which has been processed with the transparent top painting for 15-25 μmthen drying the surface of projection member in the hot air drying chamber at 60-80°C for 3-5 minutes; and a final step (S4) for irradiating UV on the surface of the projection member which has been processed with the transparent top coating then cross-cutting the coated surface and inspecting the coated surface for detachments.
