The present invention relates to a lamp operating device for the convenient access of construction equipment and a lamp lighting method using the same. The lamp operating device for the convenient access of construction equipment comprises: a room lamp which provides lighting in the inside of an operating room; a door lamp which provides lighting in the outside of the operating room door; a door lamp relay which turns on a self-relay when the current flows in a self-operating coil so that the current can flow to the door lamp in order to turn on the door lamp; a diode which is conducted by the turning on of the door lamp relay so that the current can flow to the room lamp in order to turn on the room lamp; and a smart key controller which wirelessly receives the identification information (ID) of an RF tag installed in an ignition key to be transmitted to an ignition restraint device so that the ignition restraint device can recognize the ID in order to supply an engine operating signal, or which turns on the door lamp relay for a set period of time when an ignition switch is detected as turned off. Therefore, the lamp operating device for the convenient access of construction equipment can allow an operator to easily access the operating room at night or in a dark place, by recognizing the ID of the RF tag installed in the ignition key in a state where the engine of construction equipment has been turned off or by automatically turning on both the door lamp for lighting the outside of the operating room door and the room lamp for lighting the inside of the operating room for a fixed period of time at a time when the engine of the construction equipment is turned off.
