Provided is a fuel cell electrode comprising a gas diffusion layer; a catalyst combined to at least one surface of the gas diffusion layer; and a catalyst layer comprising a binder and a fuel cell comprising the same. More than one selected from the catalyst and the binder can comprise an acid or a base functional group.
