PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an angle more simply compared with prior art. SOLUTION: In the case where an initial movement amount, an initial coordinate and an initial angle are adjusted such that a square sum of a difference between each two-dimensional movement amount, which is calculated based on the three-dimensional position, the initial distance and the initial angle of each of a plurality of markers after passing unit time from specified time calculated based on a plurality of image data obtained by a video camera 12, and each two-dimensional movement amount, which is obtained by a tracking result, on the each image of the plurality of markers after passing unit time from specified time, and a square sum of a difference between each two-dimensional position of a plurality of markers on each image and each two-dimensional position, which is obtained by the tracking result, on the each image of the plurality of markers after passing unit time from specified time, become minimum, the initial angle after adjustment is measured as the angle of plane to be measured.
