The partition piece (12) is inserted and sealed into two axially successive channel portions divided from duct section (3). A dividing portion (22) perpendicular to longitudinal axis of partition piece has elongated cross section corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the fluid channel, so that it is held against rotation by the passage wall of the fluid channel.
