The present invention relates to an in-vitro method for measuring estrogen effects using a genotype of Q type PPARGC1B, which is an estrogen receptor activation alpha co-activator; and a kit for diagnosing asthma or hypersensitivity of airway using the Q type PPARGC1B. The rapid in-vitro measuring method for estrogen activation according to the present invention is characterized by using the Q type PPARGC1B. The rapid in-vitro method for measuring estrogen activation is characterized by using luciferase analysis using a vector wherein a full-length cDNAPPARGC1B is transformed. Additionally, the present invention can manufacture a kit for diagnosing asthma or hypersensitivity of airway by including the Q type PPARGC1B. |
