The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cleaning blade capable of suppressing the generation of vibrations. To achieve the purpose, a cleaning blade (342) is provided. The cleaning blade (342) comprises a contact member (342A) which forms a portion including a contact angle unit (3A), having an area, which satisfies a relation in which a ratio (T/W) of a maximum length of a thickness direction (T) and a maximum length of a width direction (W) is less than or equal to 0.35, is equal to or greater than 95% in an area which contributes to the cleaning of an inner length direction, and whose dynamic ultra-micro hardness of the contact member (342A) is equal to or greater than 0.25 and less than or equal to 0.65; a non-contact member (342B) which is formed of a material different from the contact member (342A); and a supporting member (342C) which is bonded to a rear side (342B) and is arranged so that the length from the end of a front end surface at the contact state to the end of a front end surface (3B) of the rear side (342B) gets longer than a maximum length of a width direction of the contact member (342A). |
