<p>A bed chair apparatus including a user support surface which includes a seat section a back section and a leg section, the back section being hingedly connected to one end of the seat section, and the leg section being hingedly connected to the other end of the seat section, whereby the user support surface is configurable in a bed configuration in which the support surface is substantially flat and in a chair configuration, the user support surface being supported on a frame, the frame including an axle and lever means dependent from the axle whereby the lever means control articulation of the user support surface between selected configurations upon rotation of the axle.</p> |
