The present invention relates to an electrostatic atomizing device using a disposable capsule. For example, a scaling phenomenon to close a discharge pin which is a porous medium is prevented by inserting the disposable capsule with functional solutions including various elements into a cigar jack or tray-shaped driving unit which is formed in an air conditioning device like an air cleaner or an air conditioner. Also, the reduction of an effect like deodorization, sterilization, and freshness retention is prevented by preventing the functional solutions with different elements from being mixed. When the functional solutions are replaced, the convenience of a user is improved.
