PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window blind which requires only a small number of components and can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: A slat line of a plurality of slats 12 is suspended on an upper rail 10 and is supported. The slats 12 are rotatable by rotating the upper rail 10, and both ends of the upper rail 10 is supported on a receiving part 18 fixed on a window blind mounting surface 17. A locking part 22 which can lock the upper rail 10 for each predetermined angle is provided at the receiving part 18. A shaft part 10b is provided at both ends of the upper rail 10. The locking part 22 comprises a holding part 24 that engages with the shaft part 10b in the circumferential direction and holds the shaft part 10b, and an energizing means 26 that presses the holding part 24 in the radial direction of the shaft part 10b.
