PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gymnastic device which allows up-and-down exercise indoors at any time one likes, though outdoor exercise like jogging, slow jogging, or walking tends to be affected by the weather and a season, has shortcomings in continuity, and cannot be continued by raining, snowing, accumulated snow, and freezing even when the continuance of the exercise is desired, which can be used for the maintenance and advance of health widely by anyone owing to a handrail installed therein further; which has health effects from both exercise and magnetism, and which produces enjoyable beauty with fireflies (LED) glowing from the inside of the storage base when being stored in a gymnastic device storage base when being not in use. SOLUTION: The gymnastic device has a health effect by performing up-and-down exercise on a base as well as an effect by magnetism without being affected by the outside weather, and further, the gymnastic device is enjoyable with the flickering of fireflies (LED) glowing after being stored in a storage base after completion of exercise.
