Acomposition of mater comprising an amino acid sequence Dz2Lz4 where z2 is an amino acid residue and z4 is T or I, wherein the composition is binding to TALL-1 and does not comprise afragment of TACI, BCMA or BAFFR. ADNA encoding that composition of mater, an expression vector comprising this DNA, and ahost cell comprising this expression vector. The composition as defined above for use in the treatment of B-cell mediated autoimmune diseases, lupus, B-cell mediated cancer and B-cell lymphoma.
