The device has a magnetic type contactless movement detector (35) e.g. Hall effect detector, connected to a capacitive type contact or proximity detector (37) whose power consumption is less than that of the detector (35). Each detector is sensitive to the presence or an action of a person performing an event. The detector (35) triggers a command of an operation consecutive to an activation instruction received using the detector (37) in an operational state. The detector (35) is found in a standby state after a preset period during which the detector is in the operational state. |
