The present invention relates to a folding type grout form to enable assembly according to the diversity of work spaces for processing crouting to reduce a vibration and a noise. In detail, the present invention is configured to include: a partitioning plate having a coupling groove part formed long on an upper and lower periphery surfaces of a horizontal direction respectively and a plurality of coupling balls formed on both sides of a vertical direction; a support bracket having a coupling protruded plate formed on a plate surface of one side thereof and a fixed plate integrally formed on a plate surface of the other side thereof; and a first connecting bracket of a rectangular form to enable the partitioning plate to be inserted and removed. |
