The present invention relates to a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch panel manufacturing method according to the present invention forms multiple sensing electrode patterns on a substrate, and forms an insulator on the formed sensing electrode patterns, and patterns the insulator to form a groove, and then forms a bridge electrode electronically connecting the groove formed on the insulator and the sensing electrode patterns.
