PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a file of a state stored with a document, onto a front face part or the like of a door of a refrigerator, as to the file attached to an attaching wall face of the front face part or the like of the door of the refrigerator. SOLUTION: This file 10 includes cover parts 100, 200 having the front cover part 100 and the back-cover part 200, and is constituted to connect the front cover part 100 and the back-cover part 200 by a hinge part 300. The file 10 includes a wall part 120 erected toward an inner side of the file 10, in at least one free end side of the front cover part 100 and the back-cover part 200, includes a white board part 110 allowing writing and erasing, in an outer face side of the front cover part 100, and includes a magnet 210 comprising a ferromagnetic substance for the attaching onto the attaching wall face, in the back-cover part 200.
