<p>The present invention provides a system for providing a smart travel service to connect a traveler, a travel agency, and a guide through a webpage and an application. The system for providing a smart travel service comprises: a traveler terminal for registering, by a traveler, an individual travel itinerary in a system of a travel service providing server (200) through a webpage and an application, receiving a notification message from a travel agency and a guide, and making payment for an accommodation, flight, vehicle rent, and guide fee; a travel agency server for checking the individual travel itinerary registered by the traveler, transferring, to the traveler terminal, items which can be booked among the accommodation, the flight, the vehicle rent, and the guide in a notification message form, and making reservations and proceeding a payment process according to a reservation proceeding request of the traveler; a guide terminal for checking an area list where a guide is requested among the individual travel itinerary registered by the traveler, and applying for a guide to an area where a guide is available; and the travel service providing server for providing a service which allows more than one travel agency and guide to join the individual travel itinerary registered by the traveler, and allows the traveler to check costs for the flight, the vehicle rent, and the guide as well as guide information so that the traveler can select a travel agency and a guide meeting desired conditions and proceed with making reservations and payment.
