The present invention relates to a sleeve for a portable cup, which comprises: a body unit (100) which is formed of a paper material, where a first central folding unit (100H) is formed at the center thereof, a first handle (110) is included at one end thereof in order to have symmetrical first finger holes (111) based on a first holding unit (111H), and a second handle (120) is included at the other end in order to have symmetrical second finger holes (121) based on a second holding unit (121H); a holder unit (101) which is extended from the end of either the first handle (110) or the second handle (120) of the body unit (100), and where a second central folding unit (101H) is formed at the center thereof; and a third handle (130) which is extended from the end of the holder unit (101), and where symmetrical third finger holes (131) are formed based on a third folding unit (131H) formed at the center thereof. Therefore, the sleeve for a portable cup can be gripped by putting a finger into a handle by including the handle on the outer circumferential surface thereof, thereby improving the supporting force.
