<p>The present invention relates to a method of recovering lithium from a bittern by using an electrochemistry process, which includes: preparing a bittern (S10); preparing a lithium manganese oxide by introducing an absorbent into the bittern (S20); introducing and stirring the lithium manganese oxide, a conductive material, a binder, and a solvent in a stirrer and preparing slurry (S30); coating the slurry on an aluminum foil or a copper foil and drying the coated slurry (S40); putting the aluminum foil or the copper foil coated with the slurry into an electrolyzer including an electrode plate and lithium metal and checking reaction potential through a cyclic voltammetry scheme (S50); maintaining the electrolyzer at the checked reaction potential and precipitating lithium from the surface of the electrode plate (S60); and separating the precipitated lithium from the surface of the electrode plate (S70).
