PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of 1,2-dichloroethane is provided to increase reaction productivity and to reduce un-reacted hydrochloride by separately injecting chorine to upper part of ethylene, thereby increasing the lifetime of a reactor. CONSTITUTION: Manufacturing method of 1,2-dichloroethane comprises: a step of manufacturing 1,2-dichloroethane by reacting ethylene(6) and chloride(7) under the presence of circulation solvent comprising 1,2-dichloroethane, and a catalyst. The injection position of chloride is controlled. The injection of the chloride is separated multi-stage injection from the upper part than the ethylene. The separated multi-stage injection is conducted by using two or three of multi-stage sparger(8). The purity of the 1,2-dichloroethane is 85-99.9%. The ratio of ethylene/chloride is 1.0-1.2, and the reaction temperature is 100-125°C. |
