A heat treatment apparatus is provided to reduce stress concentrated on a corner portion of a heat treatment bath by combining a plurality of wall members having portions, which correspond to the corner of the heat treatment bath and deviates from the corner of a heat treatment space of the heat treatment bath. A heat treatment apparatus(1) comprises a heat treatment bath(4). The heat treatment bath is formed with an outer wall and an inner wall, which forms a heat treatment space by coupling a plurality of hollow wall members. The wall members have portions corresponding to a corner of the heat treatment space, and are coupled with each other in a position deviating from the corner of the heat treatment space. A first wall member of two adjacent inner wall members, between which the corner is disposed, is bent at an end portion thereof toward the outer wall. The bent end portion is bonded to an end surface of a second inner wall. |
